Employment Services System (ESS) HELP Information Technology System (HITS) Apprenticeships Data Management System (ADMS)

After consulting the Knowledge Base and/or liaising with your Organisation Security Contact (OSC) or Site Security Contact (SSC), Employment Systems users can contact the Digital Solution Support team for assistance via one of the following methods:

  • Phone the ES Service Desk: 1300 305 520 between 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday;
  • Submit an online enquiry here.

Task cards on linking an eSAM account to Digital Identity can be found on the Provider Portal under IT Security and Access. Please talk to your OSC if you cannot access the Provider Portal.

VET providers requiring assistance can submit enquiries via the VSL Online form.
