If you do not provide some or all of the personal information request, you will not be able to access certain Government ICT systems. The Department may disclose personal information of some users to other entities which use the Department’s eSAM system, such as the Department of Social Services, the National Indigenous Australians Agency and Services Australia, for the purposes mentioned above.
