The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (the Department) collects your personal information when you sign-up to, access, or otherwise use certain Government ICT systems. It does this for the purpose of:

The personal information that may be collected includes your name, email address and telephone details. If you do not provide some or all of the personal information request, you will not be able to access certain Government ICT systems. The Department may disclose personal information of some users to other entities which use the Department’s eSAM system, such as the Department of Social Services, the National Indigenous Australians Agency and Services Australia, for the purposes mentioned above. The Department will not disclose this information to other third parties without your consent unless it is required or authorised to do so by or under law.
