Request Reset Account

You can reset your account in the following steps:

  • Enter your User ID and click 'Next'.
  • Answer one of your security questions.
  • A recovery link is sent to the email used when activating your account.
  • Click the email link to go back to eCitizen activation page.
  • Answer another of your security questions.
  • The Set Password page will display. Enter a 'New Password' and then 'Confirm Password' and click 'Next'.
  • A confirmation screen will confirm the request was successfully completed.
