Request Reset Account
You can reset your account in the following steps:
Enter your User ID and click 'Next'.
Answer one of your security questions.
A recovery link is sent to the email used when activating your account.
Click the email link to go back to eCitizen activation page.
Answer another of your security questions.
The Set Password page will display. Enter a 'New Password' and then 'Confirm Password' and click 'Next'.
A confirmation screen will confirm the request was successfully completed.
